These ladies were known as The Sentamentalists when they were with Tommy Dorsey's organization, having replaced the recently departed Pied Pipers. When the sisters left Dorsey in 1953, they had to come up with a new name, as Dorsey owned the name 'The Sentimentalists'. This would put any album released under the name The Clark Sisters as post-Dorsey, 1953 or later, so that 1950 date is definitely out. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sentimentalists
